Barratt London has launched ten premium three-bedroom penthouses at its Royal Gateway development in Acton, an emerging residential hotspot within the London Borough of Ealing. The newly unveiled Marquise & Peruzzi Residences sit atop two of the scheme’s principal buildings, echoing the royal theme with names inspired by gemstone cuts.
Designed by esteemed architects Allies and Morrison, Royal Gateway features six striking red and buff brick buildings. The Marquise building, the tallest at 16 storeys, offers penthouses on its upper two floors with panoramic dual-aspect views across the capital.
