Chartway Partnerships Group (Chartway) is delighted to announce the purchase of a 4.23 acres site at Hazelwood Drive, Sunbury-on-Thames in partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH).
The acquisition marks the first collaboration between Chartway and MTVH, laying the foundation for a new partnership focused on delivering quality, affordable homes where they are needed most.
The site, which benefits from detailed planning permission, will deliver 67 homes exclusively for Affordable Rent. With pre-commencement work already underway, construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026.
