Consumer confidence in the luxury housing market in Cardiff remains high with a fifth of the homes at a new development reserved before the opening of the sales office.
Magor-based Edenstone had already achieved a sell-out on its neighbouring Beaufort Gardens scheme before launching its latest venture Beaufort Park, featuring ‘luxury’ homes with a specification befitting of the location.
Edenstone, working with Savills, gave those who had registered an interest in the prestigious new development exclusive early access ahead of the dedicated sales centre opening on site. More than a fifth of the development has thus far been sold, with five of the 23 homes being reserved in the first release, totalling half of the first phase. The specification afforded in the homes includes a choice of Sigma 3 Masterclass contemporary and traditional kitchen styles with integrated top brand name white goods appliances, extending to an undercounter wine cooler in the kitchen.
Homes also feature luxurious bathrooms, including multiple en-suites featuring Tissino sanitaryware and ceramic wall tiling from Porcelanosa. The specification includes multi-fuel fire, video doorbell and oak or walnut detail internal woodwork and pocket doors.
Designed by Edenstone’s in-house architectural team, each of the homes depict a traditional external aesthetic, whilst internally demonstrating the epitome of modern living space. Priced from £1,550,000, the Highclere is a prime example of this offering 4,349 sq ft of considered living space set out over three floors.
