While the development of a 35-acre site in Morriston continues, home buyers have been invited to take a fresh look at the Parc Ceirw Garden Village on offer by the Edenstone Group.
Four years since the construction work began, and now that over half of the 300 homes have been occupied, the Edenstone Group is celebrating another milestone – its opening of a new show home from mid-September. The new community-led development is the first family-sized show home on the Edenstone phase of homes and bungalows. A convivial open plan kitchen, dining and family room, overlooks the garden, which in turn backs onto Morriston Golf Club. A utility room and downstairs cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Along with the new Monmouth show home on the Edenstone phase, there are also two show homes available for viewing on the Bluebell phase of the development – examples of the Farnham and Burford house types.
