Leading house-builder, Persimmon, has strengthened its South Coast team with the appointment of a new Sales Director. Mark Docherty joins Persimmon at its Fareham regional headquarters with a remit to drive continued growth and deliver quality affordable homes throughout West Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.
Mark, 45, brings more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, having previously held director roles at Linden Homes and Barratt and, prior to that, working for a national chain of estate agents.
