The 99 units comprise of two to four bedroom houses and one to three bedroom apartments, ranging in value from £280,000 to £590,000. The focus for the development project was centred around maintaining the stadium’s nostalgic exterior while providing modern and affordable homes.

Cathy Lloyd, Group Sales and Marketing Director at London & Quadrant, said “SiteSales Property Group’s service has been excellent and we are very pleased with the progress to date. Walthamstow Stadium is an iconic development and it is proving to be an excellent development for the company.”

Murray Smith, Manging Director of SiteSales Property Group, said: “We are proud to have been involved in an historical and socially inclusive development such as Walthamstow Stadium. The marketing and sale of those 99 units is a reflection of our commitment to marketing affordable and high quality properties to a range of individuals. Our relationship with London & Quadrant is a long-standing one, beginning over 10 years ago following work with the team at Stratford Eye; a project that kick-started Stratford’s evolution programme. We look forward to continuing our work with them in the future. ”
