Homes by Esh has announced the opening of two new show homes located at its Elder Brook Park development on Neasham Road in Darlington.

Two house types, The Arundel and The Southwark, have welcomed visitors from Saturday 30th July to showcase a taste of luxury living in these spacious properties for modern families.

The Arundel is a four-bedroom property with integral garage which is designed to lend itself to the flow of family life. An entrance hallway leads to a spacious lounge as well as an open-plan kitchen/dining area with bifold doors, providing a seamless link to the rear garden. Inspired by the surroundings of the Bells building in Leeds, The Arundel has a modern industrial style with neutral tones, neon lights and bold flashes of colour.

The equally impressive Southwark house style takes inspiration from the earthy tones of the high-end Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester, making use of popular materials such as marble and darker toned woods, as well as contemporary gold additions and leather touches to give the individual spaces a real chance to shine.

The Southwark is a four-bedroom home which benefits from a detached garage, a bay-window lounge and downstairs study room – providing the perfect flexible living arrangement for today’s hybrid working culture.

Colin Willetts, deputy managing director at Homes by Esh, said: “We are delighted to open the doors for visitors to our new show homes at Elder Brook Park. As a developer, we are committed to building homes which are superior in quality with high specification design. There are 15 different house types under construction on the development, which ensures we can meet local need with homes that suit the desired style and size for home-seekers.”

The interior design choices of The Arundel and The Southwark reflect modern trends with contrasting themes, providing something for everyone to enjoy and an opportunity for visitors to catch a glimpse into living in a Homes by Esh property.

Willetts added: “We aim to build neighbourhoods where communities can thrive and Elder Brook Park is no exception. We are experiencing high demand from eager buyers, and we are excited to meet more house hunters who would like to start their buying journey with us.”
