Rosewood Housing will soon be launching a new affordable collection of beautiful homes at their Wilton Park development in Buckinghamshire. These attractive new homes are being offered off-plan through the Shared Ownership scheme, with homes available from as little as £395,000 and a 25% share. Nestled in the charming town of Old Beaconsfield, the initial release of homes comprises a two-bedroom coach house, five two-bedroom houses and a selection of one and two bedroom apartments.

Life at Wilton Park promises contemporary living in an attractive parkland setting, with two hectares of parkland and wildflower meadows to enjoy. The Shared Ownership Scheme allows prospective buyers subject to specified criteria to purchase a percentage share of a property, starting from just 25%. Buyers pay a mortgage on the share purchased and pay rent on the remainder.  A year after the initial share purchase, buyers can ‘staircase’, meaning they can purchase a larger share of their home, or buy the remaining share so they own their home outright. This scheme means that buyers can achieve home ownership gradually, and only require an initial deposit of 5% of the share amount being purchased.
