Bellway is set to unveil the first showhome at its Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City development in June.

The opening of the two-bedroom, Kentwell 22 type show apartment will give prospective buyers the first opportunity to look inside a completed home at the site.

The homebuilder is delivering of 233 new build homes at the development, on the former Croxton and Garry Quarry site off Tiltman Avenue in Swanscombe – featuring one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Emma Hamlett, Sales Director for Bellway Thames Gateway, said: “The two-bedroom show apartment has been beautifully dressed by our interior designers to showcase the true potential of this property and the other homes we are building at Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City, as the first showhome to be opened at this development by Bellway.

“The Kentwell 22 apartment type features a large kitchen, dining and living area, two very spacious double bedrooms, including the main bedroom benefiting from an en suite, and a communal bathroom. This stylish and spacious apartment will suit a large number of buyers looking to get on the property ladder within commuting distance of London.”

Bellway’s development forms part of the wider Ebbsfleet Garden City regeneration scheme which is set to deliver a total of 15,000 new homes, a range of community facilities and acres of green open space.

Emma said: “Our previous development within Ebbsfleet Garden City, where we delivered 100 homes on land off Craylands Lane in Swanscombe, sold out within 19 months of the first properties going on the market.

“We have already seen a similarly high level of interest in the homes at Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City, with lots of enquiries and all but two homes reserved before we’ve even opened the first showhome at the development.

“The excellent transport links to central London have been a major factor in the development’s popularity. The site is just two miles away from Ebbsfleet International railway station, meaning residents here are perfectly placed to take advantage of direct high-speed rail services into the heart of the capital.

“Just two plots, both one-bedroom apartments are currently available and with construction work progressing well on site, we plan to release an additional range of homes onto the market this this summer.”

Prices for the one-bedroom apartments at Ebbsfleet Cross at Garden City currently start from £248,995.
