Homebuyers will soon get the chance to see a brand new development unfold, with the unveiling of the first and only showhome at Goff’s Oak development, Cedarbrook Rise.
Bellway North London is building 66 new properties at Cedarbrook Rise and the new three-bedroom Harper showhome is the first completed house at the development, off Burton Lane, and will be open to view this month.
The showhome, which has been expertly designed and furnished by interior designers to help visitors visualise life in a new Bellway home, will be unveiled on Saturday 17 September.
A four-bedroom Piper view home, which is a completed property without furniture, will also be open to view from that date, allowing potential homebuyers to see the space on offer and imagine how they might make it their own.
Bellway North London Sales and Marketing Director, Greg Allsop, said: “Homes at Cedarbrook Rise have been selling fast even before there’s been anything to see on site.
“People registered interest in the development in their droves and once the properties went on sale in June, they were snapped up at quite a pace. More than a quarter were sold by the end of July.
“However, we know that many home buyers like to see a showhome before committing to a purchase as it gives them a chance to really visualise living there – so we are opening our Harper showhome and Piper view home on site in September.
“It’s well worth looking around these properties to get a good sense of the quality and space on offer in a Bellway home.”
The Harper is a three-bedroom home with an open-plan kitchen/dining room leading through French doors to the garden and a separate living room to the front. Upstairs, there’s an ensuite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.
The Piper is a four-bedroom property, also with an open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, featuring French doors leading to the garden. This home additionally has a bay window in the living room. Upstairs features an en-suit attached to bedroom one and spacious family bathroom for the other bedrooms. The Piper benefits from having a garage and two additional parking spaces, as well as the provision of an electrical vehicle charging point.
There will be 40 new homes for private sale at Cedarbrook Rise, alongside 26 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
