Northstone bolsters its Land and Partnerships Team

Leading homebuilder, Northstone, continues to go from strength to strength as it announces two significant additions to its Land and Partnerships team.

Paul Stanley brings over 40 years’ experience to his role as Senior Land Manager at Northstone as the North West based company focuses on procuring on and off market land opportunities as part of its strategic growth plans.

Jarod Kelly also joins the firm in a brand-new position as Land and Partnerships Manager and will look to build on his extensive expertise and partnership contacts to secure and deliver open market sale properties, affordable homes, build to rent homes as well as other complementary residential schemes.

Commenting on the double appointment, Phil Wilson, Chief Executive of Northstone said: “Paul and Jarod are pivotal appointments for us and will play a key role in identifying short term opportunities as well as long term strategic prospects.  Land acquisition, trying to create new neighborhoods and integrating into existing communities is key for us and we are confident that with Paul driving this forward, we will have a lot of new and exciting announcements to make.

“Joining us from Torus, Jarod rightly prides himself on his relationships with Registered Providers and Homes England.  As part of the Land and Partnerships team, he will be looking to secure a pipeline for Northstone to deliver our key objective of realizing the possibilities in each of our unique developments, creating great place sand providing tenure diversity alongside market leading green initiatives.”

Commenting on the expansion, Jo Allen, Land and Partnerships Director at Northstone added: “As a company we have enjoyed continued success in recent years and are now entertaining a chapter of accelerated growth which will see us bolster our portfolio of land whilst also building confidence with stakeholders and investors as we look to expand our offer into the wider market.

“We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Paul and Jarod on board; they each bring with them a unique set of experience, skills and expertise that we’re confident will complement where we are now and where we plan to be in the not-too-distant future.

“The appointment will further bolster our existing team nicely as they join Senior Land Manager, Katherine Ball who marks her one-year anniversary with us this summer and Louise Bramble who assumes responsibility to lead on all on-site delivery aspects as well as supporting our Letta build to rent portfolio.”

Paul and Jarod are joining a people focused team at Northstone with expertise in land buying, planning, technical and design functions to support the delivery of high quality, cutting-edge homes suitable for their respective tenure.
