With a reduced height of 45cm, the SF4140VC satisfies the demand for high performance products that fit into the smallest of spaces, and looks stunning when installed above one of Smeg’s Linea warming drawers.
Offering 12 functions including Circulaire element with fan, which allows users to cook with hot air when cooking with steam isn’t required, and an impressive 50 automatic programmes, this steam oven offers a whole host of key features that will appeal to busy, modern families. The highly practical Vapor Clean programme cleans the oven using steam generated by pouring water into the hollow at the base of the oven, while the interiors are finished with Smeg’s signature Easy Clean enamel, which protects against the build-up of cooking residue.
The SF4140VC has three cooking levels and a net capacity of 41 litres. The combination of closed door grilling and an air cooling system keeps cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen and helps to reduce energy consumption. Other functions include keep warm, reheating and Sabbath, which allows the oven to work without any interaction and was developed especially for the Jewish community.
