Samsung relaunches Kitchen Circle

Samsung Electronics has announced the relaunch of the Samsung ‘Kitchen Circle’ – an all-round approach to support, educate and reward kitchen studio partners.

The Kitchen Circle originally launched back in 2019 and has been reimagined to include enhanced features, such as a dedicated relationship and growth manager, new portal for retailers to download marketing assets and a more immersive Samsung ambassador training programme experience. Available in tiers ‘Partner’, ‘Partner+’ and ‘Platinum’, the programme also offers ongoing support, as well as a year-round rewards scheme based on sales that earns high street shopping vouchers throughout the year.

What’s more, the ‘Kitchen Circle Awards’ Day, is where Samsung can celebrate the success of its leading kitchen specialists and where they can participate in focus groups and build their knowledge through workshops led by Samsung experts. Samsung will provide a range of branded assets to enhance their showrooms, with regular visits from the Field Team, training for new products and where required, refresher training at Samsung or their showroom.

Dan Harvie, Head of Digital Appliances, Samsung Electronics (UK & Ireland) Ltd, said: “The launch of the Samsung Kitchen Circle signifies the immense value of our kitchen studio partners. We’re on an exciting journey as we continue to disrupt and innovate the Built-In Kitchen market, meeting the growing demands of our retailers and consumers. This goal isn’t possible without the help of our incredibly passionate kitchen specialists, which is why we’ve launched this programme to help support, educate and reward them every step of the way.”

Through a tier of blended learning programmes, store staff will be able to achieve certification at a Bronze, Silver or Gold level, and in addition the store will receive an overall Showroom Certification and reward when an agreed number of colleagues have completed the learning programmes.

The launch of the Samsung Kitchen Circle follows the introduction of the new 4, 5, 6 and 7 series cooking appliances, including multiple ovens which come with various steam features. With new research by Samsung revealing that 70 percent of Britons have steamed their food to try and eat better, and more than half (53%) have turned to air frying, the ovens include new features that promote healthy eating.

The new Samsung Oven series comes in a choice of four colours: Satin Beige, Clean Navy, Clean Black and Black Stainless. Equipped with SmartThings Cooking, this enables a seamless grocery shopping experience and generates a weekly meal plan with personalised recipes with easy-to-follow instructions that suit dietary requirements, such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free.
