2025 marks the company’s 35th anniversary—a milestone year underscored by a bold rebrand and a renewed focus on both customer experience and community. Unveiled in April, the new identity, hib. Home of Inspiring Bathrooms, reflects the growing shift towards bathrooms as wellness and lifestyle spaces, and supports the company’s mission to help people Feel Bathroom Fabulous. The rebrand also brings enhanced support for trade and retail partners, including new lifestyle brochures, digital design tools and updated marketing resources.
Recognising the essential role of installers, HiB launched hib.pro in June—a dedicated platform and professional community built specifically for tradespeople. With how-to content, industry insights and trade-only forums, the platform is designed to empower installers, while celebrating their work and strengthening engagement. The launch includes a focus on mental health and wellbeing through support for Band of Builders, highlighting hib.’s commitment to the installer community.
In parallel, HiB announced Ronald McDonald House Charities UK as its Corporate Charity Partner for 2025–26. The organisation supports thousands of families each year with free accommodation near hospitals. HiB teams will continue their active involvement through volunteering and fundraising efforts that aim to provide tangible support during critical moments for families.
