Specialist state of the art architectural visualisation from AIS to help many

Lincolnshire based entrepreneur AIS has launched a brand new business designed to help property developers, estate agents and home buyers, to visualise new projects in full 3D imagery – before a single brick has been laid.

Louth businessman, Gary Rance, today launches Architectural Imaging Solutions (AIS), the company that specialises in images and animations to demonstrate in beautiful high definition the finished version of architectural and construction projects based on its basic plans alone. Whilst the architectural visualisation industry is booming in America and has experienced huge growth in UK, specialists are difficult to come by, especially outside of business hubs.

With an education in design, property, construction and architecture has long been a side-passion for Rance, with three home builds largely designed and project managed himself under his belt. Yet, even with his experience and depth of understanding of property and construction, he often found himself nervous about what a final build would look like.

How big will the rooms be? How well will the spaces flow? What materials and colours should be used to get the desired final effect? Limitless questions with only Rance’s imagination to satisfy them – and even his relatively well-trained mind’s eye couldn’t satisfy the queries of others who struggled to see his vision.

It was this hurdle that planted the seed in Rance’s mind that it couldn’t only be him struggling to visualise the final fruits of a construction project. And if it made him nervous, how many people were being put off completely from building their dream home for fear their significant investment would not yield the desired result? Hence, AIS was born.

AIS showcases the latest technology in architectural visualisations to bridge the gap between the design and construction phases of property development. The company’s aim is to help home builders, sellers and buyers to see a realistic vision of their home or project in true-to-life imagery and video formats before committing to costly building work.
