The Used Kitchen Company introduces 360° virtual showroom tours

The Used Kitchen Company is delighted to announce its latest showroom enhancing experience. They have partnered with Virtual 360° Tours Glos, which allows showrooms to create a virtual walkthrough tour of their showroom, for potential customers to view from the comfort of their home. The tours will be revealed on The Used Kitchen Company’s stand Q102, at kbb Birmingham from the 6th-9th March 2022. The innovative service is set to captivate audiences with the potential to convert prospective clients into actual customers.

Studies show consumers are spending up to ten times longer on average, visiting sites with virtual tours, than standard web pages. Shopping patterns have evolved, and people are a lot more likely to ‘window shop’ online before visiting the showroom in person; in fact, 92% of consumers view products online before making a purchase face-to-face. Research also suggests 72% of consumers recognise the value of a virtual tour, in helping them with their decision making.

Virtual 360° Tours create a totally immersive viewing experience in just a matter of hours and can be used in any size of showroom. They will offer showrooms a special show discount to utilise their 360° tour software, allowing them to showcase their range virtually to potential customers. The tours also include a handy measuring tool where customers can accurately record the size of units, islands and runs, allowing them to get a true picture of the size before making the trip to visit the physical showroom.

Looeeze Grossman, Founder of The Used Kitchen Company, said: “Since the pandemic we have seen a growing number of businesses utilising virtual tours on their websites. It’s natural to want to explore the hotel you’ve just booked for 2 weeks, or the house you’d like to buy; so, I thought, why not allow consumers to explore their dream kitchen, after all, it is the heart of the home and a considered purchase? Now’s the time for showrooms to bounce back after a difficult few years and hopefully the opportunity to offer customers both a virtual and an in person service will enable them to make more sales and attract more customers.”

Scott Currie Director of Virtual 360 Tours said “I am so excited to announce our partnership with The Used Kitchen Company and excited to be part of a more sustainable future for the kitchen industry.

With the introduction of Virtual 360 Tours, showrooms can drastically reduce the carbon footprint of their customers as well as freeing up their diaries for the more serious homeowner”.

The Used Kitchen Company will be exhibiting at kbb Birmingham from the 6th-9th March on stand Q102.
