Katie Dean, a Regional Land & Partnerships Director at Keepmoat manages the North West land acquisition strategy keeping a focus on expanding the division, maintaining existing relationships with land agents, local authorities, and affordable housing providers, alongside building new connections to expand opportunities in the area.

Katie comments: “As a woman in a largely male-dominated sector, I have seen first-hand the impact that diversity can have on the industry. Housebuilding has changed a lot during my 20-year-long career and there are so many roles available in construction that young women might not be aware of – land and partnerships roles being one of them!”

Architectural Technician

An Architectural Technician is responsible for the general day to day running of the technical team to support the overall innovation of the architectural process. The goal is to create a top quality product, implement best practice build methods, and assist with paperwork.
