Tom McConkey is the Head of Fundraising for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, and brings over a decade of experience in performance management and employer engagement within the wellbeing and training sector. His journey with the charity began in February 2021, where he quickly became an integral part of the team, leveraging his expertise to propel the growth of the Company Supporters programme, ensuring a predictable and sustainable source of income for the charity.

Tom is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness and support and as a fully trained MHFA England First Aider, he brings a compassionate approach to addressing the emotional wellbeing of individuals within the industry. Leading by example, Tom has cultivated a culture of openness and support within his team and beyond.

At the forefront of his role, Tom leads a dynamic team of Regional Ambassadors, who ensure the growth of the Company Supporter Programme and provide tailored support to meet the diverse needs of industry professionals and stakeholders.
