Hampshire-based Bargate Homes has just three homes to match with purchasers on its first two phases of its £128m flagship development Rivercross, located in the coastal town of Warsash.

Located off Brook Lane, the homes are built to a high specification boasting energy-saving features, allowing purchasers to save hundreds on energy bills. Prices for the available homes – which include three- and four-bedroom designs – range from £455,000 to £535,000.
