A distinctive office building with development potential in Walsall town centre has a price tag of just £90,000 in Bond Wolfe’s next auction. The office and shop premises at Jerome Chambers, 16-16a Bridge Street, Walsall, is in need of refurbishment throughout and will have a guide price* of £90,000+ in the livestreamed auction on Wednesday 11 December.
