We’re pleased to announce that Chaline Tamrin Church, Interiors Architect & Circular Materials Specialist at 540 WORLD, will be joining the esteemed judging panel for the 2025 Showhome Awards, taking place on May 15.
With over 30 years of experience in design, marketing, licensing, and merchandising for global brands, Chaline has worked across 22 countries in various sectors, including finance, leisure, charity, and retail. Her impressive career spans multiple industries, where she has consistently driven innovative, world-first products and projects. Chaline’s expertise in interiors architecture and circular design has earned her multiple awards for websites, books, products, and interior architecture.
Chaline co-founded 540 WORLD, a circular design consultancy focused on creating planet-positive, harm-free spaces. The consultancy works primarily in the built environment, B2B, and B2G sectors, championing the transition from a linear economy to evidence-based, circular design practices. Recent projects under her leadership include the UK’s first C2C Certified® multi-materials retrofit, material swaps for a global tech company’s HQ, and several coastal developments, to name a few. Her work strives to create healthy, sustainable environments by integrating circular design principles into architecture and interior arrangements.
Chaline’s passion for healthy materials is a key driver in her interior architecture practice, FreeSpace Design, where she focuses on optimising human health through thoughtful design choices.
Her vast experience and commitment to sustainability make Chaline an exciting addition to this year’s judging panel, where her insights into circular design and innovation will be invaluable in recognising the exceptional achievements of the housebuilding sector.
