We’re pleased to announce that Emma Richman, National Chair of Women in Property, will be joining the esteemed judging panel for the 2025 Showhome Awards, taking place on May 15.
Emma is an award-winning housing professional with an impressive career spanning over 29 years. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Peaks and Plains Housing Trust, and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at First Choice Homes Oldham. A qualified architect and building surveyor, Emma has built a wealth of expertise and leadership across both housing and property sectors.
Beyond her executive roles, Emma is an active and committed member of several organisations. She serves on the Board of Manchester Women’s Aid and The Pankhurst Trust, and her leadership extends to her role as National Chair of Women in Property, where she advocates for greater gender equality and representation in the industry.
Emma’s outstanding contributions to the housing sector were recognised when she was named Woman of the Year at the 2018 Women in Housing Awards. Her dedication to driving positive change and supporting diverse voices in the industry makes her an invaluable addition to the Showhome Awards panel.
