Anne Okafor MCIOB is a Construction Planner based in Scotland and having not achieving grades in maths from school, she took up higher education as a mature student and graduated in 2019 with a First-Class Honours Degree in Construction Management, achieved Chartered Status in 2022, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Quality Management in 2022.
In her talk, Building Tomorrow: Igniting Passion for Construction and STEM in the Next Generation, she will explore why serving as cheerleaders for construction is crucial to forming strategies to inspire and empower the new generation to embark on rewarding careers in the industry.
