James has held a number of senior management and board level roles in the construction insurance sector over the past 25 years, including 11 years with the National House Building Council most latterly as part of their Exec Management team, and then as MD of MDIS Group (Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty) before joining MA Group in late 2017 to establish New Homes Customer Care (NHCC). Today, James holds the dual roles of Chief Commercial Officer of the MA Group and Managing Director of NHCC.
