Tim Wray is the Group Development Director at Keepmoat. He joined Keepmoat Homes Ltd in 1996 as a Management Accountant. Over a long spanning career at Keepmoat Homes Tim has setup and led the North West region as Regional Managing Director, before becoming the Financial Director of Keepmoat Homes in 2008. Tim was appointed as Group Development Director in 2018. As part of the Keepmoat Group Executive Board , he has responsibility for coordinating the Land and Partnerships and Commercial central functions to support the regional business operations deliver their growth plans. He also holds responsibility for Homes England relationships.
