A new start in a new home in Barton, Fulwood or Longridge could be simple and straight forward thanks to Anwyl Homes.

With January traditionally a time people look to make a change to their lifestyle, the homebuilder is hosting a special “Move Simple” event across three developments – Lawrence Gardens in Barton,  Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood and Stonebridge Fold in Longridge.

Homeowners are invited to book an appointment – in person or virtually – for the weekend of January 16/17 to discover how Anwyl could help them sell up and move on. During the event, the simple steps to making a move to a brand new home will be explained and in many cases there will be no agent’s fees to pay.

Sales director for Anwyl Homes Lancashire Matthew Gould explained: “The start of the new year is a particularly busy period for the housing industry as people have been searching for property online over the festive season and often want to put the wheels in motion for a move as soon as practical.

“Between Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood, Stonebridge Fold in Longridge and Lawrence Gardens in Barton we have a good choice of three and four-bedroom homes, including some that are almost ready to move into. And with our Move Simple scheme, that could be sooner rather than later as we’ll work with a respected agent to sell a customer’s current property so that they can buy one of our brand new homes.”

During the Move Simple weekend buyers will be able to make physical and virtual appointments with Anwyl’s own homes advisors and experts from specialist company House to Home. Between them, either in person or via video call, they will be able help match people with their dream home and begin the process of selling their existing property.

“Move Simple really does help our customers do just that,” Matthew added.

“We’ll help with the valuation of their property, work with the agent to market it and even pay the agent’s fees, up to £3,500. There’s nothing to pay upfront and once we’ve secured the sale of the customer’s home they’ll be able to reserve a brand new home from us.”

At Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood, a four-bedroom Ascot style property, priced from £336,995 is almost ready to move into. It features an open plan kitchen/dining space with adjoining utility, plus a cloakroom. There’s also a spacious lounge with beautiful bay window. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles, with one boasting an en-suite shower room to complement the family bathroom.

Over at Lawrence Gardens in Barton, prices start from £293,995 for a four-bedroom Lymm style property.

With a roofed porch, this home looks very traditional from the outside, while inside it’s designed with modern living in mind with a lounge at the front and open plan kitchen/ diner at the rear. There’s also a practical utility and convenient cloakroom.

On the first floor, the main bedroom benefits from an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the other three bedrooms.

Prices at Stonebridge Fold in Longridge start from £214,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Bretton. It features a spacious lounge, open-plan kitchen/diner and cloakroom to the groundfloor, while upstairs two of the three bedrooms are doubles, with the main bedroom enjoying the luxury of an en-suite shower room.

As a family run business, Anwyl takes a thoughtful approach to creating its developments, focusing on building communities that include new homes, green spaces, play areas and more.

Anwyl homes are designed with how people really live in mind, including open plan kitchen and dining rooms opening out onto the garden, homely lounges to relax in, and bathrooms and en-suites that are as stylish as they are functional.
