New homes in Longridge come with an eco-friendly bundle, just in time for buyers to take advantage of BIG Energy Saving Week, which gets underway next week (Jan 18th-24th).
Buying a new build home by developers Prospect has plenty of advantages, not only does it mean maintenance and upkeep is significantly reduced when compared with buying an older property, but it also equals better energy efficiency and savings for homeowners.

“Buying an older property means buyers will more than likely end up paying much more towards their monthly bills plus if anything goes wrong with the house for example if the boiler breaks, it won’t be covered by a warranty like new build homes are and could result in even higher costs,” adds Sam.
As well as features such as kitchens, bathrooms and appliances being covered by warranty, new homes also offer buyers a blank canvas to style the interior to their own tastes and budgets.
Homes currently available at The Ridings start from £208,000 for a three-bedroom detached Rutland up to £290,000 for a four-bedroom detached Cavendish.
The Cavendish has a spacious lounge, downstairs cloakroom and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. A separate utility room links to the integral garage. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own en-suite, while the remaining three bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Prospect Homes is also extending the Stamp Duty holiday at The Ridings so as an example, homeowners could save £4,500 if purchasing a Cavendish***.
