Hans-Heinrich Hagemann leaves Nolte Küchen

Marc Hogrebe to be new Technical CEO

After 14 years with Nolte Küchen Hans-Heinrich Hagemann is leaving the company at the end of the year to retire. His successor in the position of Technical CEO is Marc Hogrebe, who will take over with effect from 1 January 2015. Hogrebe, who had previously been working for Alno AG in various sub-companies, has been responsible for the development of Express Küchen GmbH & Co. KG in Melle/Bruchmühlen since 2009, where he is also holding the position of Technical CEO.

Manfred Wippermann, Spokesman of the Board for Nolte SE, thanked Hans-Heinrich Hagemann for his merits to the company and said: “We are delighted to have found in Marc Hogrebe a very competent and experienced successor from our midst! He is going to keep his present position as CEO with Express Küchen alongside his future occupation as CEO for Nolte Küchen and will be in charge of the departments Production, Distribution, Logistics and Purchasing in both companies.”

Hans-Heinreich Hagemann had been working for Nolte Küchen since 1 January 2001 and bid his final farewells at a staff meeting on 17 December. As Technical CEO he oversaw major innovations, from the introduction of a new drawer system to the complete conversion of the production to the grid dimensions Matrix 150 in 2008/09. He also supervised manufacturing engineering for the implementation of the interior decor and, most recently, of new product line nolte eco. The building of several warehouses in Melle as a major extension to the production area, which helped make production and logistics more efficient, also took place during Hagemann’s time at the company.

Despite the personal union in the technical management, everything will remain the same at affiliated companies Nolte Küchen and Nolte Express. Both enterprises will continue to be run independently. Together they employ 1,450 members of staff and have a turnover of around 400 million Euros per year.
