Less than a year since it was formed LEICHT Contracts has won many large kitchen contracts in prestigious developments in London and beyond.
The biggest contract is to supply 93 kitchens for St George’s Reach Battersea, a huge new residential development by the Berkeley Group at Battersea Reach (left). Worth over almost a million pounds LEICHT Contracts has specified and designed kitchens for some 93 apartments throughout the development all with special metallic finishes.
Its choice of lacquered high quality kitchens produced at competitive prices has allowed them to install kitchens that do not usually exist in today’s market. Buyers have a choice of finishes from a range but each apartment has a contemporary, minimalist kitchen with hi-tech appliances and maximum storage.
This huge new development does not just house residential accommodation but when completed will be a whole new village with shops, restaurants and other amenities. Prices for the apartments begin at £735,000.
In north east London LEICHT Battersea is supplying kitchens for new fashionable developments being done by Regal Homes in Hackney, London one with 49 high end apartments and the other with 30, with each kitted out in Contino kitchens in frosty white with Solara lasered laminate and NEFF appliances.
Further afield for developments in Cornwall, at St Ives and Polzeath and also Bristol, LEICHT Battersea is also supplying handless kitchens in glossy laminate & textured wood effect laminate giving the modern look by the two tone mixing pallet (left).
Outside the City of London, LEICHT Battersea have just won a contract for 41 apartments in Staines, London, with mega contractor ISG supplying high gloss laminated handless kitchens with stone worksurfaces and Electrolux appliances.
Inside the heart of the insurance city of London in E3, a stone’s throw away from the famous Lloyds of London Building, LEICHT Battersea is supplying 10 high end gloss lacquer kitchens in the stylish America Square development on Fenchurch.
