Lovell in South Wales announces senior business appointment

Gemma Clissett promoted to Business Development Manager for South Wales

Housing developer and regeneration specialist Lovell has promoted Gemma Clissett to the role of Business Development Manager for South Wales, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

Gemma has been with the company for eight years having originally worked in the Lovell customer care team and as a community liaison officer before moving into business development. She was made Assistant Business Development Manager in 2010. Her success in building excellent working relationships with clients across the region and securing important new business opportunities has led to her promotion to her current position.

Major projects for the Lovell office in Cardiff currently include : The Beeches Village, a £9.6 million development of 82 homes, 60 for rent and shared ownership and 22 for open market sale at the former Caerphilly Miners Hospital site with United Welsh Housing Association, a £14 million development of 70 open market homes and 18 affordable homes for low-cost sale with Rhondda Cynon Taff Council at Bryn Celyn in Llanharry and a £6.7 million scheme to develop 31 homes for open market sale and seven homes for low-cost sale for Carmarthenshire County Council in Llangynnwr, Carmarthen.
