Kohler has been awarded a prestigious contract to supply bathroom and kitchen products for the new Quintain Build to Rent (BtR) buildings at Wembley Park.
The 85-acre site forms the largest Kohler project of its kind in Europe, resulting in the supply of over 55,000 individual components. The residential buildings will all be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s wholly-owned lifestyle-focused rental brand.
Kohler, a global leader in kitchen and bathroom product design, joins as a partner in this pioneering concept, which offers apartments for rent equipped with cutting edge design and products. 5,000 of the 7,500 homes being built at Wembley Park will be available for rent, making it the single largest Build to Rent development on a single site in the UK.
Over 4,200 bathrooms and a further 1,200 kitchens across the portfolio have been designed with high end Kohler products and the first properties will be coming to the market in 2020. Wembley Park, due for completion in 2027, is the largest residential contract Kohler has secured in Europe, adding to the company’s portfolio of large scale residential and hospitality projects around the globe.

The properties, covering both market and affordable tenures, are designed to offer a lifestyle in line with the latest consumer trends, technology and interior design. As part of its partnership with Quintain, Kohler has custom-designed and manufactured a bathroom basin especially for Wembley Park. The basin, part of Kohler’s contemporary ModernLife range, is paired with the Artifacts brassware range in Kohler’s on-trend oil rubbed bronze finish.
