– Lettings BU has been announced as the headline sponsor for the ‘Bournemouth and Poole Landlord Exhibition’ taking place at the B.I.C. on Tuesday 4th October.
On Tuesday 4th October 2016, the annual Bournemouth and Poole Landlord Exhibition will bring together over 550 landlords from across the conurbation. Now in its ninth year, the hugely successful event will take place at the B.I.C. Organised by Seventa Events in association with Bournemouth Borough Council and Borough of Poole the event provides landlords, and prospective landlords, the tools they need to succeed in the residential letting market. Lettings BU has been announced as the headline sponsors for this years event.
From Student Houses to Detached Homes, Flats and Studios, Lettings BU provides accommodation for Bournemouth’s growing student population. As headline sponsors, Lettings BU have worked directly with many landlords to offer great benefits and competitive rates. Providing a platform for landlords to build excellent supplier relationships, additional sponsors for the event include DWP Housing Partnership which, offers homes and business premises to rent across Dorset.

Last year the exhibition showcased over 55 exhibitors, delivered 16 seminars and welcomed hundreds of visitors throughout the day. The biggest industry event of its kind in the South, it will allow landlords to understand and connect with the essential service providers and products that support their work. It is a key date in the Council’s diary as an opportunity to network with landlords and promote good working practices.
