Two new Bellway showhomes are now available to view in the Essex village of Hatfield Peverel, the company announced, as the housebuilder has opened a three-bedroom Chalkney bungalow at Priory Grange and a four-bedroom Jeweller detached house at Hatfield Grove to give homebuyers the chance to look round two very different property types.
Both completed homes show a high-quality finish, while they have also been decorated and furnished by professional interior designers to help visitors envisage life in a new-build property.
Bellway is currently building 140 homes at Priory Grange, off Stone Path Drive, and 50 homes in the second phase of Hatfield Grove, off Bury Lane, with 145 homes already completed in the first phase of Hatfield Grove, off Station Road.
“It has been great to watch both our developments in Hatfield Peverel take shape and come to life.
