Blanco launches colour components

Blanco

Premium kitchen water place specialists, BLANCO, has introduced a new Colour Components system which includes two new metal finishes – satin dark steel and satin platinum – to offer 2024 kitchen renovators the ability to further personalise this space. BLANCO achieves this by offering separate drainage components and matching tap finishes in a range of options. The end result creates a harmonious combination of tap and sink finish that aims to further elevate the most hard-working part of the kitchen.

The Colour Components system offers kitchen designers and architects the option to select a sink without drainage components, then choose their tap, BLANCO InFino® drain system and overflow set plus accessories all in matching finishes to create a BLANCO UNIT in perfect harmony.

The metal finishes range from the new satin platinum and satin dark steel colourways, to on-trend matt black and satin gold, so there is something to suit every kitchen aesthetic. The new satin platinum is a pale nickel tone with light greyish hues and a satin surface, which pairs well with lighter kitchen shades. At the darker end of the scale there is satin dark steel, which is a velvety, warm, metallic grey tone with a satin surface. Satin dark steel’s tone matches with a large palette of colours and materials, and adds a touch of luxury to darker kitchen designs.

BLANCO has made a name for itself as the industry leader when it comes to a holistic and complete approach to the kitchen water place, and the BLANCO UNIT is at the centre of this. With the new, colour palettes, kitchen designers can decide whether to make a statement and choose a contrasting combination such as satin platinum with a soft white SILGRANIT® sink, or opt for a more uniform and tonal look such as satin dark steel with a volcano grey Silgranit sink, to create a visually pleasing BLANCO UNIT.

Speaking of the new Colour Components system, Tamsin Mills, BLANCO Brand Communications Manager commented: “The kitchen is the heart of the home and for many it’s important to have an individual look that complements the rest of the home but also taps into current design trends. We’ve noticed a trend towards including different metal finishes in the kitchen so we are very excited about the addition of satin platinum and satin dark steel in our range of taps, drainage components and accessories. The idea behind the Colour Components system is to enable customers to design a BLANCO UNIT with components and accessories that co-ordinate but also offer the flexibility to cater to individual design tastes.”

Architect, TV presenter and BLANCO brand ambassador Laura Jane Clark added: “Satin finishes are a big design trend in kitchens at the moment and we’ll see this continue throughout 2024 into 2025. I have always loved gold and brass tones used in kitchen redesigns as it brings a real sense of warmth to contemporary spaces. BLANCO makes it easy for designers and architects to incorporate the latest trends into their client’s kitchens and the ability to customise the water place with the new Colour Components system is something that all designers should be excited about!  I especially love the satin dark steel finish which is a fresh new take on matt black to give an elegant finish.”

Whether it’s a timeless, modern or trendy kitchen space, the BLANCO Coloured Components system ensures the water place has a considered design approach with harmonious colours and finishes.
