CALA Homes (West) has unveiled an online tool to help purchasers, dreaming of a house move during lockdown, the opportunity to view more showhomes and homestyles than ever before all from the comfort of their sofa.
The leading homebuilder has unveiled a host of videos and virtual walk rounds showcased on its website to allow potential purchasers to get a real feel for the homes on offer at each of its west of Scotland developments without having to set a foot out of their front door.
CALA currently has ten developments across the west of Scotland ranging from Jordanhill Park at Glasgow’s West End to the sought-after Hazeldene Lea at Newton Mearns, Beatrice Meadows in Kirkintilloch, all the way to Ranfurly Green at Bridge of Weir and Florence Gardens located on the Ayrshire coast– to name a few.
Their new remote reservation service will also allow CALA sales consultants to interact with purchasers via video calls, check purchaser IDs through an online trusted third party and take a deposit to reserve the desired home from the safety of their sofa, overcoming some of the obstacles faced by purchasers in the current climate.
Each development has a selection of virtual videos to view including one of the latest CALA developments, Beatrice Meadows, in the East Dunbartonshire town of Kirkintilloch.
