Consero cottages meet contemporary interiors

Consero

With more than 75% of Heathbourne Village homes in Bushey Heath in Hertfordshire already snapped up, developer Consero is launching a show home for five unique luxury cottages, County End Gardens, within the popular development.

County End Gardens comprises five, three-bedroom cottages priced from £945,000, each at around 115 sqm (1238 sq ft). Each cottage also has private outdoor space and two parking spaces. Completion of the cottages is expected later this month so purchasers don’t have to wait long!

The cottages have been thoughtfully designed to evoke all the charm of traditional cottages such as shaker style kitchens, panelled glazed bifold doors and front doors under porches, in combination with bespoke interior configurations to meet the requirements of a contemporary lifestyle including modern integrated appliances and vanity units with stone surfaces.

Jason Lawrence, Operations Director of award-winning developer Consero said: “The interest in Heathbourne Village has been fantastic so we are delighted to be able to offer more homes with the launch of the show home at County End Gardens. The cottages are timeless, highly desirable residences in an extremely sought-after location with a warm and welcoming community and we have had significant interest from families, downsizers and local residents.”

Jon Shaw, Head of Residential Development at Hamptons confirmed: “These unique residences are ideally positioned to cater to the contemporary desire for a harmonious blend of work, life, and sustainable living. Situated in Bushey Heath, this development benefits from its proximity to transportation links, a warm village ambience complemented by an array of independent shops and dining options, as well as nearby open countryside and woodlands for relaxing leisurely strolls.”

The County End Gardens cottages are set amongst the new leafy, gated community of Heathbourne Village with ample green space, generous gardens and wide leafy boulevards. Bushey Heath is a leafy area close to golf courses and country clubs, known for its enviable commuter connections. Bushey station is 10 minutes by car, with direct connections to London Euston in less than half an hour. It is under two miles to the M1 junction 4 and interchange with the A41.
