Crest Nicholson launches first Aurora open living collection at Hygge Park

Property developer Crest Nicholson unveiled the first of its new Aurora Open Living Collection of innovatively designed homes at Hygge Park, Keynsham. Opened to the public on March 16, Hygge Park – it was the first development to launch the exclusive new collection.

Located between Bristol and Bath, Hygge Park takes its inspiration from the Danish ‘Hygge’ concept of comfort and wellbeing. Each of the architecturally and innovatively designed Aurora Open Living Collection homes celebrate diversity in modern living requirements by prioritising flexible layouts, open living spaces and natural light.

Interested buyers were able to get a first look at the variety of designs available at Hygge Park, with three contemporary homes were available to explore. The new three- and four-bedroom demonstration homes boast large glazed windows, bi-fold doors and wide entrance lobbies to give a feeling of space, freedom of movement and allow for a continuous natural flow of light.

Positioned at the heart of the home, the multi-faceted Stoltz kitchen with Bosch integrated appliances blends seamlessly with its surroundings and provides an ideal place for family and friends to cook, dine and socialise together. Bespoke under-stair storage maximises the space in most of the homes, and upstairs the bedrooms are all well-proportioned.

Sandra Dixon, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South West, said: “We are very excited to bring these new, contemporary homes to the South West region. We’ve worked closely with our buyers to identify what’s important to today’s homeowners – space and light, freedom of movement and the feeling of togetherness in the home – and each home at Hygge Park responds to these needs.

“Hygge Park is in a standout location in the market town Keynsham, with Bath and Bristol right on your doorstep. Bath is rich in history with its famous ancient Roman baths and Georgian architecture, while Bristol is a vibrant, contemporary culture capital allowing homeowners to get the best of city and village living.”

Keynsham offers well regarded schools, a 26-acre Memorial Park, two play areas, nearby golf courses, and the river Chew flowing through. Keynsham high street has a number of shops, cafes, hairdressers, barbers, florists, restaurants and bars, plus a selection of supermarkets including Waitrose.

With Keynsham train station a short walk from the site, offering easy access to Bath, Bristol, and onto London, the development is placed in a dream location for commuters. Bristol Airport is a 30-minute drive away, offering flights to various destinations.
