Edenhurst Grange final homes

Time is running out for buyers hoping to secure a move to Edenhurst Grange in Knowsley, where the show home is among the final properties available.

Anwyl Homes Lancashire has sold more than 92% of the 124 homes it’s building at the development in Bowring Park. Many of those who’ve purchased have seized the opportunity to reserve off plan before the homes are built and lock in the price to safeguard them from potential price rises, while also looking forward to future savings thanks to the energy efficiency of new build homes.

For one lucky buyer, there’s the chance to save time and money by purchasing the professionally styled Glyn show home.

Amy Houlihan, area sales manager for Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “Edenhurst Grange has been a real success story.  The combination of traditional looking energy efficient homes built with modern living in mind, plus a location that’s close to both Bowring Park and Court Hey Park and a host of amenities has made our homes a popular choice with a range of buyers.

Houlihan continues, “We now have fewer than 10 homes available and among them is the Glyn show home. It’s been styled with a colour palette of claret, blush pink and neutral tones that’s very much on trend and includes a bedroom with flamingo themed panelling and a young child’s bedroom inspired by the story ‘Bear Wants to Kiss The Moon’, with star wallpaper to all walls and a night sky wallpaper to the ceiling.”

The final properties available at Edenhurst Grange includes a choice of four-bedroom detached designs, with prices from £401,995. The Glyn show home can be purchased form £445,000. While the show home is ready to move into, other properties are available off-plan before they’ve been built.

At a time when everyone is looking to reduce their impact on the planet and their household bills, a brand-new home can make a massive difference. Anwyl’s approach embeds energy efficiency at the point of construction, with features including loft and wall insulation, energy-efficient boilers, radiators and appliances, low energy lightbulbs, water restrictors and super-efficient glazing.

“Every new Anwyl home guarantees a minimum EPC rating of B, some even higher, making them some of the most energy efficient on the market. It also means buyers could be eligible for a green mortgage with more favourable terms such as a slightly lower interest rate, cashback – or both,” Amy added.
