Elan Homes is offering to help homeowners sell up and move quickly and simply to the intimate gated development using its EasyMove scheme.

Current prices at Birchfield Court start from £249,995 for a two-bedroom detached Gatehouse property, up to £499,995 for a five-bedroom detached Dunham.
All new Elan homes achieve a minimum EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) B rating.
“Because they’re so efficient, our homes are eligible for green mortgages from selected lenders. These tend to offer more favourable rates than standard mortgages, plus we can put buyers in touch with independent financial advisors to help them find the right mortgage product to secure a new home,” Marie added.
Among the energy efficient homes available at Birchfield Court is the four-bedroom Ashley Max.
A generously proportioned semi-detached townhouse, available from £419,995, it spans 1,349 sq ft of carefully considered living space, designed to make the most of the property’s footprint.
