GROHE features on George Clarke’s Old House, New Home channel 4 makeover programme

GROHE’s Minta touch tap made an appearance in the re-design and modernisation of out-dated property in South East London on Channel 4’s Old House, New Home. The episode, hosted by celebrity architect and property transformation expert, George Clarke, aired on Thursday 8th November.

This ambitious project was undertaken by couple Shreenal and Tom who bought the derelict terraced house, located in South East London, in the hope to restore it to its former glory. With the help of architect George Clarke, their new home is now a light, modern, open-plan space perfect for entertaining. Thrilled to have completed the project, Shreenal and Tom are excited to make their newly renovated house a home.

GROHE is a provider of sanitary fittings, and has received over 300 design and innovation awards. The company’s ingenuity resonates with its Minta tap design. The GROHE Minta tap instantly reacts to the slightest touch, letting users turn it on and off without leaving a mark. If hands are dirty form cooking, you do not need to touch the lever, simply tap with the wrist or forearm for perfect control every time.

GROHE UK’s Marketing Director, Raj Mistry, describes how, “GROHE’s Minta tap incorporates modern touch technology allowing ease of use that doesn’t impact the clean and stylish appearance. It’s great to see our Minta feature in such an inspirational renovation project.”
