Award-winning homebuilder Miller Homes has completed the purchase for a new development on the outskirts of Ashton-in-Makerfield. Eston View will bring a collection of high quality, sustainable 3 and 4 bedroomed new build homes to the area, 10% of which will be affordable homes.
Full planning consent has been granted in for the proposals, which will see 67 high-quality dwellings built in the area off Bryn Green Avenue. House types will include the Overton, Eaton, and Hazelwood, all of which can be viewed on the Miller Homes website now.
Work on site will begin imminently with the sales centre expected to open later this summer and the show homes following in the autumn.
Bryn Green, off Wigan Road where the new development will be located, is 0.3 miles from Landgate School and just under 4 miles from the Wigan town centre. The area is well connected, with local shops nearby and very close access to the M6 via the A49.
