MYAH, a ground-breaking build to rent operator has officially launched. The London and Home Counties based company is reshaping rental longevity by working with build to rent developers and funds to ensure higher tenancy occupancy and renewal rates as well as greater all-round tenant satisfaction. In a property market where home ownership rates are falling and rental numbers rising, MYAH is providing a tailored service to ensure customer satisfaction for developers, funds and tenants.

MYAH offers a wide range of tailored operational services, which can either be white labelled or under the MYAH brand, with a unique fee structure based on scheme requirements. Services range from development management, operational modelling, marketing, leasing, and stabilisation through to full operational management and everything in between.

As interest rates grow, and mortgages become unaffordable for many Londoners, the rental sector is thriving. Furthermore, all tenants have access to the MYAH app which enables easy solutions for normal tenancy issues. As an example, if a tenant were to wake to a burst pipe at 2am, they would be able to utilise the app to video call a plumber, switch off at the mains and go back to bed. This, in turn, means a more positive experience, less damage and fewer costly call outs for the homeowner.

MYAH provided end-to-end operational management from lease, up to resident engagement. The team in the last three years have managed over 750 residents and have helped to achieve a 99% occupancy rate during this time.

The team has over 60 years of real estate experience with expertise from the ground up to the delivery of schemes ranging from 50 – 600 units. The growing team all have a shared goal of maximising revenue and reducing operational expenditure.
