A former North East president of one the UK’s largest representatives of builders will use his vast industry knowledge to help customers at the regional homebuilder Genesis Homes receive the best service possible.
Craig Wright, who until recently was president of the National Federation of Builders for the North East, has been appointed as Customer Care Manager at Cumbria-based Genesis Homes to ensure customers are getting the best level of care for their new home.
Having previously been part of a family building company and worked in property and construction for decades, Craig’s expertise in building will be a huge asset to his new employers.
He said: “Customer care is vitally important to a company like Genesis Homes and it is my role to make sure homeowners are completely happy with their new build, and that we can resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
“The work the company already does to satisfy purchasers is excellent but there is always room for improvement so I look forward to the challenge of making sure our aftercare package is better than it ever has been.
“Already, I have found that customers have been pleasantly surprised by my knowledge of the industry and this will ensure that any issues raised with us are dealt with in the quickest time possible, and with high levels of care and attention.
