Nulty Bespoke will present a selection of its custom, handcrafted luminaires at 100% Design during the London Design Festival.
As part of the “Emerging Brands” showcase, Nulty Bespoke will be on stand EB60 from 20-23 September 2017 at Olympia in west London, showing the work it has produced for various high- profile clients over the past year.
The event provides a unique opportunity to be part of a carefully curated programme of events, talks and installations during the festival period.
Over the past 12 months the Nulty Bespoke team has delivered bespoke light fittings for Google, private residences, an international department store, restaurants and a five-star hotel. These wide-ranging and differing projects have seen the designers use a variety of techniques, materials, processes and finishes, and a selection of these finished luminaires will be on display at the stand.
PRODUCTS ON SHOW:
Bespoke wall light, Haz Restaurant, London:
This is one of nine bespoke wall lights designed for the new Haz Restaurant in central London. The hinged dish allows for variance in the shape of the halo projected onto the wall. The light source is a warm white to fit with the ambiance of the room. The copper finish of the dish matches the other furniture and fixings within this unique space.
Chandelier, Lonsdale Road, London:
This is one of 24 shades from a chandelier we recently installed in London. Each shade has been formed in acrylic before being beautifully hand- finished in gold leaf by the Nulty Bespoke team. The shades spiral down a 10m high staircase of a stunning private residence in Notting Hill.
Wall light, Alhambra House, London:
This bespoke wall light has been designed for the Alhambra House hotel in London. The luminaire is multi-functional, featuring a bright ‘Naughty Pink’ light when a guest enters the room, before switching to a warm white light when the room is in normal use. The pink light is generated using powerful LEDs combined with a carefully selected dichroic glass filter.
