Piper Homes, The UK’s fastest growing independently owned housebuilder, has been recognised for the second year running in the FT 1000 Europe’s Fastest Growing Company’s list.
The FT 1000 is an annual ranking of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, compiled by the Financial Times and Statista. The ranking is based on the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of a company’s revenue over a three-year period. The list includes public and private companies from 31 European countries.
Coming in as the number one independent house builder in the UK, the number 52 company in the UK overall and 251 on the combined list, Piper Homes is a serious player in the UK new home builder sector.

Piper Homes has won several awards for its developments, including the Best Small Housebuilder award at the 2020 WhatHouse? Awards.
The FT 1000 ranking, now in its seventh year, identifies those companies that have flourished and expanded, many of them benefiting as corporate and consumer demands shifted with the ebb and flow of the pandemic.
