Principle appoint new property manager in Adrian Archer

Adrian Archer, a well-known property manager with more than 35 years’ experience, has been recruited by Principle Estate Management to look after a new client’s large portfolio.

Adrian Archer’s new role was created following Principle’s instruction to manage more than 1,000 units for the national freehold client.

Mr Archer first started working in the property sector back in 1983, and since then has worked up through the ranks in various management roles for different companies, including eight years as regional operations manager and associate partner with SDL Bigwood.

He will become a single point of contact for Principle in dealing with the national freeholder client, creating clear communication channels and continuity of service.

Joe Jobson, a director at Principle, said: “Adrian is someone we know very well at Principle, and we’re delighted to have attracted someone of his experience and calibre. We are sure he will quickly fit into our growing team.

“When winning such a large instruction it is vital to have the right personnel in place ahead of the properties going live to maintain the excellent standard of management we strive to provide.

“So many agents do this the other way around and start off by under-delivering to clients, whereas we have been keeping our eyes open for the right property manager to join our team ahead of the work landing.”

Mr Archer, who grew up in Chelsea, is a keen gardener and recently spent a year in Canada working on landscape gardening work on prestigious private properties on Vancouver Island. He lives in Leamington Spa and has two sons, one of whom is a gardener working for a local contractor.
