A second wave of luxury properties near Worcester is set to hit the market through the county’s leading independent estate agents Nicol & Co.

The agents are holding an open day, by appointment, on Saturday 27 May, when those interested in a rural family home can have a personal guided tour. They can book an appointment via Newhomes@nicolandco.co.uk

Moseley Barns and Moseley Farm is a rural Georgian estate being redeveloped at Hallow, north-west of Worcester, where seven properties are being constructed in a £5 million project.

Three of the properties – the original farmhouse and Willow Barn are already sold and occupied, and The Coach House is reserved.

The project is the brainchild of architect Chris Partington, managing director of Zebra Architects Ltd, although this is his independent venture in partnership with a private investor.

Now Nicol & Co. is launching the next four properties with two already built and ready for occupation.

The Granary is a 1,350 sq ft, three bedroom semi-detached home with front and rear gardens and an additional three acres  it is on the market for offers over £700,000.

Also ready is The Dairy, a 1,184 sq ft, three bedroom detached bungalow on sale with a guide price of £600,000.

Coming soon are Pearwood, a three bedroom detached home with its principal bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the first floor which will be ready within a month priced at £725,000, and Hazelhurst, a 3\4 bedroom detached home with a mezzanine floor over the kitchen, which will be available for £825,000.

Matt Nicol, the managing director of Nicol & Co, which has a specialist Land and New Homes department alongside operations in Droitwich Spa, Worcester and Malvern, said: “Developments of this quality in this kind of location do not come along very often, and we are delighted to be asked to bring these four exciting properties to the market.

“They stand in a peaceful countryside location and have been designed with beautiful external finishes including lime mortar, cedar clad areas, timber framed double glazing and post and rail fencing.

“Modern specifications include air source heat pumps, underfloor heating to the majority, and home ventilation systems, with ample parking available for each home.”

Moseley Farm Estate in Hallow sits within a tranquil backdrop of 16 acres, with far reaching views across the Worcestershire countryside towards Bredon Hill, The Malverns and Abberley Ridge.

It is located just ten minutes away from Worcester, and so combines rural living with all the shops, amenities and national transport links of a city centre.
