Luxury property specialist DM & Co. Homes’ ultra-discreet Premium marketing service has secured a buyer for a £3.9 million family home in Lapworth
The five bedrooms and five bathrooms property includes coach houses and a tennis court on a six acre estate close by the exclusive north Warwickshire village which lies just six miles south of Solihull.
The multi-million pound sale to an anonymous buyer is just the latest in a string of million pound sales this year that has confirmed DM & Co. Premium as the Solihull area’s most successful estate agent for luxury homes.
