SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder by SevenCapital Group, has welcomed a new senior hire to its land and planning team.
Lee Jones joins the team, based on Birmingham’s Colmore Row, as Senior Technical Manager. With over 20 years’ worth of experience and a proven track record in the residential property industry, Lee began his career after achieving a degree in Architecture from Birmingham City University.
Having worked with a number of housebuilders at a local and national level, including Taylor Wimpey and McCarthy & Stone, Lee joins the team from Northamptonshire-based Talbot Homes, where he acted as Head of Technical.
In his new role as Senior Technical Manager, Lee will be responsible for overseeing the technical function of the business and supporting the team’s land acquisition and planning discipline, as well managing and monitoring all technical and statutory obligations.
