House-hunters can now explore a new showhome at a housing development in the West Sussex village of Thakeham.
Bellway South London has unveiled the three-bedroom Parsonage house at its Abingworth Fields development, off Abingworth Crescent.
This is the first showhome to open on the site – which forms the third phase of construction within the wider Abingworth Meadows neighbourhood – and its professionally styled interior décor reflects the development’s peaceful rural surroundings, just a couple of miles from the South Downs National Park.

The wider development, which has been built on land formerly used for mushroom farming, has also delivered a cricket pitch with a pavilion, football fields, a village hall, changing rooms, a pre-school building and a shop and café.
There’s currently a choice of two-bedroom apartments available to reserve at Abingworth Fields, priced from £270,000 and a choice of two-bedroom houses for the over-55s from £375,000.
